I think the answer to the first question is A.

The answer to the second question is B. "An archetype is merely a defining example of a personality type. The accepted use of archetype is to refer to a generic version of a personality type."
"The term 'archetype' is often broadly used to refer to a stereotype - personality type observed multiple times, especially an oversimplification of such a type."

ADDED: Also, I will say that the characters in the second question do NOT qualify as dynamic characters. "A dynamic character is one who changes significantly during the course of the story. Changes considered to qualify a character as dynamic include changes in insight or understanding, changes in commitment, and changes in values." The wicked witch and big bad wolf show no character changes throughout their respective stories.

For question 3 (the second one posed) the answer is definitely NOT "C." A protagonist is a character that is on the side of good, and for whom you cheer on to success. (In these cases, Dorothy, and Little Red Riding Hood.) The WW and the BBW are "antagonists" -- the opposite of protagonists. They are very much dynamic characters because they are very flashy, and exist as characters that really couldn't exist in real life. They COULD be archetypes of evil, but this answer is not very strong. They are not anecdotes, which are very short stories that have occurred directly to the story teller which are used to illustrate a certain point.

I have to say that the first question posed (#2) doesn't really provide any true options. Rhetoric has two meanings:
1.) The telling of a story to prove a point. (these stories are often anecdotal.) :)
2.) Posing questions in such a way as to illustrate how obvious a certain point is. These are called "rhetorical questions."
