Are there any major restrictions with the British Airways hand luggage concerning European flights?
And also, are we allowed liquids on board yet?

hey, i'm flying tommorow aswell. i've found some information but it would be easier in blakc and white on yahoo. x

hi there I work for BA and from tomorrow hand baggage will be the same flying from london one piece of hand luggage weight wise can not be more than 23kg in weight but you must be able to lift bag into the overhead unaided. with regards to your checked baggage we are purely advising you of the new changes but wont be enforcing it until later in the year (pointless I know) but its to make sure that our customers are aware and start getti ng used to the new changes earlier in the year than when it is enforced people cant turn round and say we did not advise people. With excess baggage we wont be enforcing the new charges just yet purely advising again however normal excess charges will apply. To be honest with I would just take what you are currently allowed if travelling to usa canada caribbean you can take 2pcs and 1 piece to all other destinations. hope this helps. Its very confusing for us staff too.
