all the good university requires tofel or ielets because they wants to groom you and the official language is tofel they require it, if any of the university offering any degree with out tofel than may be it is fake.

ignore about low score and attempt to score more beneficial on your next checks...in case you get gre score above 1200 scholorship is certain and think ofyou've got solid probability of transferring into solid colleges there...
