You don't - Leave that to Professional Breeders...
Is your dog a Champion? Does he come from CH lines? Has he had his hip, eye and health certifications? Does he conform to breed standards and have exceptional qualities that are worth passing on? If you didn't answer yes to all of those questions, a "real" breeder won't even talk to you and you'll be reduced to becomming yet another Backyard Breeder.

Is your dog registered with the AKC? Is he proven in the show ring. Nowadays you can find GREAT deals on (correct terminology here) chocolate labs. It's called the SPCA. You can get a purebred puppy, neutered/spayed for $65 here in Houston.
What I'm saying is- people who breed dogs don't do it for the money. Chances are someone with a good female lab who is top quality and has a show record won't breed to your pet quality lab.
Your dog needs to have his hips checked, along with his bite. An underbite is not attractive in labs, and bad hips are hereditary. Tempermant is key as well. Your dog needs to be evaluated by a breed specialist.
My English Bulldog comes from a line of 60 champions, some at Westminster. However, his shoulders weren't up to breed standard and he didn't have the attitude for the show ring, so I neutered him.
Leaving your male in tact puts him at higher risk for testicular cancer and other problems, including a shorter lifespan.
I hope you reconsider breeding your dog.

Contact the AKC Labrador Retriever club and become a member (or whatever organization your dog is registered with). You need to really become involved, educated, and understand what it takes to match and breed properly. You don't even know the correct terminology for your dog's coloring - you are not ready to breed.
