I have a 16 year old friend, She always doesnt want to eat. She does not think she is fat she just doesnt think she has to very often espically around me. When ever we have church dinners she never eats and she will just go in another room and wait to go. She also never eats at my house. When she does eat at her house she has thrown up but she does not force it. I think she might be afraid to eat worring that she might get sick around me. Most of you will probably say she needs a doctor I know but her parents wont take her.(how weird that may sound, but true) so i was wanting to do a little reading about this type of disorder, if this is a disorder of some kind. she does not smoke.

It may be a combination of anorexia and bulemia.
It's possible it may be some sort of GI infection. A friend of mine had a parasitic infection and did not want to eat because every time she did, she would have severe diarrhea.
Your friend needs to be seen by a medical professional. Check with a counselor at your school if you think her parents won't help.

sounds like she needs a psychiatrist. At 16 she's old enough to go to a doctor without her parents assiatance or consent. There are also free services that will help out.
