I met this dude and I really liked him. I mean he was real sweet, sexy as hell, and like the ideal boyfriend! So we kinda had sex and like a week or two later, he said he wasn't ready to be with anyone, because he wasn't over his previous relationship!

Used - doesn't it take two? When women stop falling back with their legs up in the air every time they meet a guy - they won't have this problem. I know that was harsh but back in the day women used to put a guy on hold and his true colors would come out. Now, it seems like regardless of the guilty party - someone is not happy because they "didn't know the person" or their true intentions.

Were you used?

You are the one in control of your own body. You disrespected yourself first. Then you allowed someone else to disrespect you. Be in control. Don't allow yourself to be used. Sex is not the way to find a relationship. Kindness, respect, and waiting for marriage with someone who loves you and wants to spend the rest of their lives with you is.

Now, it's time to move on, change your way of thinking and start over with a new attitude. God bless.

He should of been honest with you and told you this before you had sex. He was on the re bound and just wanted to get laid. I think you were used yes. You have to watch out for guys like this they just don't really know what they want and you have to protect yourself from people like that. Take care Heather

Depends, did you enjoy it? Would you have agreed to have sex if you had known that there would not be an ongoing relationship? Pretty much you are as used as much as you FEEL you were used.

yeah, probably you were used..
either that, or he decided that you weren't really what he was looking for in a new girlfriend..

it's ok though..
there are so many other fishes in the sea.. you'll find a new one to replace him next month..
probably an even better one!

To be blunt, yes you were used. Don't give yourself up so easily. one there are so many diseases out here and you never know who has them. Two lock it down and you'll get guys to respect you more and you'll build better relationships.

He just used you for rebound. Ouch. i am sorry about that. Why don't you move on and don't let him use you again, if you really like him, face him and tell him the truth to offense him. He will realize how much he made mistake to make you as his rebound way.
