Im eating healthy and I have absolutely no energy! Im so sluggish at work. What can i eat to waken me up and get me moving? Something to get my energized thats healthy! thanks guys!!

It could be that you just aren't eating enough. You should be still eating 1200-1500 calories a day. Fruit is a great source of energy because of the natural sugar - try apples, bananas and oranges. Nuts are another excellent choice - aim for unsalted nuts such as almonds or walnuts or even a teaspoon of peanut butter. Be sure to drink plenty of water too - you could also add some flavor to your water by squeezing a lemon slice into a glass and you'll get more pep out of it.

If you're always sluggish, you may need to just change your diet up every once in a while. Nuts are good energy boosters (though don't eat too many or you'll end up with the caloric equivalent of some french fries), and apples are good too.

Are you eating enough? Are you varying what and how much you eat each day? Make sure you drink lots of water and eat plenty of fruits and veggies. It really makes a difference.

that's a withdrawal symptom... relax, and continue your diet, you'll feel better after a week or so....
