It's possible, but you certainly don't need it. Why not spend the next 3 months working on your health and working out. You'll get more toned so you'll feel more confident and it's ALWAYS great to be healthier. It will help you enjoy your vacation more.

1. drink a lot of water.
2. eat breakfast at 6:30 every morning
3. keep your heart level up for at least 2 hours/day
4. eat lunch consisting of fruits and vegetables and meat at 12:00pm
5. eat a snack at 3pm of fruit
6. eat a light supper no later than 6:30pm.
The reason that I say start at 6:30am is because it will stimulate your metabolism and the earlier you eat, the more breakfast you can eat
The reason that I say at least 30 min of aerobic exercise/day is because the longer that you keep your heart rate up the more energy you burn.
The reason that I have put you on a schedule of times to eat is because this schedule keeps your metabolism up. The later that you eat supper, the more likely that the calories that you consume at dinner will turn to fat.
I suggest a lot of water because it has no calories and it aids the digestive process. I suggest fruit and vegetables because they do not have many calories and they digest easily.
Eat nuts in the morning because they are difficult to digest and will keep you full longer.
Good luck getting into shape.
By the way, if you run for at least 30 minutes/day you can go out to eat 1 time per week.

Your weight is fine now. Personally, I wouldn't worry about it. If you did manage to loose 5-10 lbs, you would not be underweight so I don't think it would hurt you. You have about 10 weeks or more before your trip so loosing 1 pound a week should be possible.

yeah it possible, very! You should do it if you feel you need to. If you don't want to or feel like you are good, then dont! But if you want to, do it. Do cardio a few days a week for like 45 minutes and by the time may comes, you will be good to go!

Do not stay at the Westin/Shereton....although nice..it is TOO big and TOO loud. I have been to every major island, and this was the most like a "meat market." Not to great for honeymooning! Great island, but stay at a smaller place and enjoy one-another! The marketplace in Freeport is cool. Enjoy...and congratulations!!!!!

Yes it is possible. try doing aerobics everyday, drinking plenty of water, making fresh fruit smoothies for breakfast, minimizing your meals, try to stick with healthy salads and different colored fruits (i know it sounds weird but the colors of the friut does matter). Be detirmined but always be safe and smart.

Yea its possible...work out and eat healthy...drink a lot of water and stick to it...Don't half a*s it and you will loose it in no time...good luck!!
