The best way to me would have been when my then 6 wk old son quit breathing and was on a respirator and was dying with the doctors saying they can't find anything wrong to make him not breath. A man of God prayed for him and as soon as he left the room my son started taking 1 to every 4 breaths on his own and off the ventilator in 1 day and the doctors saying they saw a miracle.I was not a child of God then as a matter of fact I didn't want anything to do with God even after my son was healed.
Although I gave credit to God healing him I didn't give my life up for years.
That showed me after I pondered on it that God's love goes way beyond what we can even imagine.
Now this is a testimony of mine but I realize it doesn't mean squat to most.
My son is 28 now.Thank the Lord

Yes. I can't go through the whole argument here, but there was a whole theological school, "empirical theology," predicated on this notion. If you want to read one book, try Henry Nelson Wieman's book "The Source of Human Good."
God, for him, is a process or constellation of processes which act in the natural world to produce what humans value as good. It may be a pretty minimal idea of God, but it is empirically verifiable. He identifies the nature of this process as "creative interchange." He says that God *may* be more than this, but that we should confine ourselves to asserting what we can responsibly say we *know.*

Again - it is a matter of faith - you would have to believe that God is patient, loving, kind, holy, pure, intelligent, merciful...
I believe there is evidence of that all around me, and seen in the living out of my life each day.
However - others will call it something else - coincidence, evolution, luck... etc.
But in my heart I believe that all of our circumstances and the provision and beauty we know are not the result of random events - that would be taking too much for granted. I believe a great God is the Creator of all things, and our minds cannot fully grasp him. And that is ok because he shows his love each day, and I can live a life of promise with him.

Its you that can't define God. I have no problem whatsoever defining God.
He's the dude that created you; the one who you would not consider giving your soul to, but who thinks thats silly, because He already has you, and will do with you as He sees fit.
If you are looking for verification, just hang around for a while. You'll get it.

did you ever hear the qoute its so hard its simple. Well god is just the last step of evolution basicly a form of energy which has no gender and reasons in ways that we could not understand " god works in misterous ways "....all that means is god is so much smarter than us that its like teaching a monkey to love the way we love and reason the way we reason its not possible but they can try and in thier own way become more on our level .....but instead of monkey to human we are like a bacteria compare to gods knowledge

Love is an aspect of God, and although it cannot be touched or seen, it is verified through one's own experience.

Yes. He is infinite. (think about that for a moment) The fact that you can not verify that actually verifies it.
