That's a tough one. It depends on how Hell started, where the heat came from, and if it is connected to anything else or not.
Wouldn't everything God did violate the laws of nature, given that he created matter from nothing?

No Jim, this would only apply if the fire of hell was akin to earthly fire, if the soul is immortal and cannot die then ordinary combustion as we know it would have no effect whatsoever, therefore the fire of Hell must needs be a spiritual fire that torments the soul.

To say that HELL has to do with FIRE and HEAT, may not be the reality of what hell is actually like. That is just a metaphor to help us understand the torement of hell.

There is a black hole they found recently which is full of dwarf stars (500 trillion). Dwarf stars never burn out. It is darkness and eternal fire.
