Eyeliner is probably the most difficult cosmetic to apply to the face. While it isn’t as difficult as many people think, it does require a steady hand and a little bit of practice. Here are a few tips that will make it a little easier to master the art of applying eyeliner.

1)Remember that the skin on the eyelid is delicate. Use a light hand when applying eyeliner.
2)Apply eyeliner after you have applied the eye shadow but before you apply the eye shadow.
3)Keep your hand steady. If you are inexperienced at applying eyeliner, you can do this by holding the eyeliner in one hand and using the other hand to grip the wrist or elbow of the hand that is holding the eyeliner.
4)Apply the eyeliner starting at the inner corner.
5)Apply the eyeliner to the area outside the eyelashes. Do not apply the eyeliner to the inner rim of the eye. This can lead to infections of the eye.
6)Keep the line thin on the lower lid. If you make it too thick or too heavy, you will end up looking like a raccoon. You may want to only put eyeliner on half the lower lid, from the center to the outside corner, to keep your eyes from looking over done and smaller.
7)Let you chin hang loose with you mouth slightly open. This will relax the muscles of your face around the eyes and make it easier to apply the eyeliner.
8)Apply the eyeliner as close to the lash line as possible.

Use a well sharpened pencil, I think it is easier to start at the inside corner (nose-side) of your eye. Stay as close as possible to your lash line! Try to make one smooth stroke if possible, following your lashes to the outside corner; repeat on bottom. The pencil needs to be sharp so that the line is very fine- All the time I see girls with huge fat lines around their eyes, which actualy makes them look smaller. Good luck ;-)

whenever i use black pencil eyeliner, it tends to make my eyes look small sometimes, depends on if i`m tired or sleepy. but if you want bigger looking eyes, applying WHiTE pencil eyeliner on the lower lash line would work.

first do you want it at top or bottom second you will apply on top by closing your eyes and put ting it on like eyeshadow...
