Organize your classmates: get the worst and most inattentive to sit up straight, lean forward fully alert when he speaks, take notes, give only serious answers and no horseplay
while you get the best in the class to slouch, whisper, draw stuff, pass notes, etc. and give stupid answers. restroom, sharpen pencils....
Recommend you only do this for 7-10 mins then signal everyone with a yawn
and they all switch rolls for the next 7-10 mins. etc.

Next time they hand out a syllabus or some other handout they've typed up themselves, correct it with red pen and hand it back with a grade.

if they use an overhead projector get a little post it note and put it on the top thing where they adjust the size its the mirror

But seriously, try wetting the tip of his chalk, placing a woopee cushion on his seat.
