That's pretty dang thin. I think the average for that height is supposed to be around 100-130 lbs. I'm 5'5", and I've looked really ill when I just got down below 115. Looking at it from a different perspective, you're about 20 inches taller than my 5-year-old, who is unbelievably skinny at 41 lbs. Thirty pounds over the 20 inches is not much at all.

If you look in the mirror and see "chubby", you may actually want to look into talking to a counselor about your self-image. I know it would hurt if someone suggested you were anorexic, so I won't say that, since you don't mention that you actually DON'T eat, but people with eating disorders DO see themselves as chubby while the rest of the world sees them as incredibly thin.

In my opinion, seeing yourself for the way you really are is more important than the number that shows up on the scale. It's just something to think about, a healthy self-image is very important and it's very VERY common for teenagers to have an altered self-image (they see themselves in a much more negative light than they are).

Also, talk to your parents or doctor (your parents don't have to be in the room when you talk to your doctor, if your mom is like mine is and is mostly interested in making sure you understand that everything that "crosses the lips ends up on the hips"). Ask your doctor what he or she thinks of your weight, from a medical standpoint, and work with them to make sure that you're getting all the nutrition that you need.

Good luck to you.

That's plenty of weight to lose at this kind of younger age, however should you consider relatively strongly approximately it I might endorse you to play a group game that entails coaching, that approach should you begin to consider such as you can not be troubled anymore you are going to have an responsibility to do it to your group, it might even be plenty extra a laugh doing it with different men and women. With the weight loss plan as a substitute of getting a collection quantity of energy take a look at consuming on a smaller plate (it truthfully is helping when you consider that you are going to mechanically take smaller servings) or simply ordinarily lower just a little to your servings. A fast caution is that should you cross from consuming plenty to simply 1500 energy then your frame will suppose that there is not ample meals round so should you all of the sudden make a decision to stop and consume plenty once more your frame will take the time to retailer the entire fats simply in case "you can not uncover any meals" once more and you are going to come to be weighing greater than you probably did within the starting.

Your quite underweight actually, a bmi (body mass index) under 18 is classed as underweight, and you have a bmi of about 11 which is quite drastic. Don't feel guilty when you eat, you havent developed properly yet and it will be helpful for your body if you get your BMI up to around 18 or over. So eat and enjoy it, afterall you are only 14.

You have an eating disorder. Your mental image of yourself is not reality. It's time you seek professional help before your health goes down hill quickly. Right now you'd be horrified to know how much you should weigh. Since you are starving, expect to loose your teeth (that will be pretty won't it?), bones are not forming correctly and are becoming more prone to breaking and malforming (you'll look wonderful with curvature of the spine). Your heat muscle is growing weaker and damage is quite possible (you've always wanted a huge scar down your chest from surgery to replace a damaged heart valve).

My cousin had an eating disorder........I've seen what it can do. GET HELP!! You can't solve this on your own.
