right now, out of everyone who is on here, how many are conservative and how many are liberals. I am guessing by many of the answers that the majority are liberal but I don't know for sure.

I am pretty conservative about some things but liberal on most. For example, I think abortion is a sin, but I don't think it is the church or the governments place to make decisions about a medical procedure someone might have. I am for national defense, but against the war. I am for standardized health care, but I think the people should pay a premium each month much like we do with the insurance we have now. I do not think it is the governments responsibility to give me everything. I don't believe gay marriage is recognized by my God, but again I don't think it is my job to decide for every one else, especially those who don't share my faith, and I don't think that it is the governments place to endorse religious doctrine and discriminate against a group of people.
SO, I usually vote democrat because they seem to be closer to the middle, and seriously why would we trust anyone who is going to have the support of George Bush. He is a plague on our country. Hope this is what you are looking for.

Governmentally and Fiscally conservative, socially and environmentally liberal.
That makes me a Green Libertarian.
