Mine is beans mixed with a tin of tuna, on toast. Delicious, plus totally filling!
Also, tomato ketchup and mayonnaise in a slice of bread with some ready salted crisps!

Sounds yuk, but peanut and butter sandwiches (white bread, the softer the better, butter each piece of bread, and thick amount of peanut butter on one, and tonnes of thinly sliced onion on the other. a little bit of salt) Don't knock it till you've tried it!!!
And I have become addicted to coleslaw on hot buttered toast. Make it into a sandwich!

Well I'm 7 months pregnant, so I won't even tell you what I've been eating lately (right now it's vanilla bean ice cream with lime & black pepper chips dipped in)
But before I got pregnant I'd eat panut butter & bacon on pancakes, ham jam & cheese on toast, or tuna salad on celery sticks....
among other things....

Cheese and onion toast with caraway seeds! Cheese has to go with caraway seeds. Without it it is nothing! That must be wierd. Latvians eat caraway seeds, but not as much as I do! Raw!!
Another is porrige with fried lardons, mushrooms, onions and garlic.
Or porrige with chilli and garlic sauce.
Poor Scots will be spinning in their graves if they see this!
Actually porrige in Latvia is made with pearl barley with stock.
