From Genesis to Revelation it is all about Jesus Christ, the One true God.

The entire Old Testament teaches that there is no remission of sins without a blood sacrifice therefore the reason for all the numerous slayings of animals of no blemish. The Old Testament tells us the Branch is coming that perfect prophet who will be crucified among thieves and beaten so badly that He is unrecognizable but without sin. The Old Testament tells us He will be born of a virgin in the city of Bethlehem. You can't read the Book of Isaiah or any Old Testament book without realizing that Jesus Christ the Messiah is coming to a bloody Cross outside Jerusalem.

Matthew 26:28 & 29 JESUS SAID, "for this is My blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins. But I say unto you, I will not drink henceforth of this fruit of the vine, until that day when I drink it new with you in my Father's kingdom." THIS IS AS CLOSE AS YOU GET TO JESUS SAYING I AM GOING TO THE CROSS AND DIE FOR YOUR SINS. Only His unblemished (sinless) body could shed His blood for my sin. Jesus did it once and for all time. His blood thoroughly took away the sins of the world as John the Baptist preached.

No, no, no. The whole thing is a metaphor, and he became the Paschal Lamb.
Just like all the lambs sacrificed afore.
The one without blemish, etc.
The only reason people say he never did a wrong thing in his life, nor Mary, who was supposedly born without original sin in the immaculate conception,
was because the Jews insisted on giving the very best to the shamans-
oh crap, I mean, to the gods.
The shamans of almost all religions were the ones who ate the sacrificed animals, even though they claimed to have left them out for the gods.
Yes, so anyway, Jesus never had to say any such thing.
He was just a bigger, better, more scandalous lamb, you see?
And the idea probably was a rationalization only AFTER he was killed for political reasons.

You won't find one. In fact, there is only one place in the Bible that Jesus acknowledges himself as the son of God. There are a couple others where he hints at it, such as the conversation where he changes Simon's name to Peter (but even here--asked point blank whether he is the son of man and the Christ, Jesus just basically says back you're smart, I'll build my church around you--but never quite says, 'yes, that's me!'.)

Part of Jesus' mission was to live life as a man. I think the full scope of his mission was a secret, even to himself. In short, you won't find that verse.

Jesus did not take a pen and write His own words. The apostles wrote the gospels and speak of the life and death of Christ. They were there with Him. Jesus did not hide from the Jews, He was often in the temples and dined with the Pharisees. In the gospels when His life is nearing its end He turned His face toward Jerusalem and entered that city with much fanfare.

Dear Friend

Let us study the book of Matthew

Jesus Predicts His Death

Matthew 16:21
21From that time on Jesus began to explain to his disciples that he must go to Jerusalem and suffer many things at the hands of the elders, chief priests and teachers of the law, and that he must be killed and on the third day be raised to life.
22Peter took him aside and began to rebuke him. "Never, Lord!" he said. "This shall never happen to you!"

23Jesus turned and said to Peter, "Get behind me, Satan! You are a stumbling block to me; you do not have in mind the things of God, but the things of men."

24Then Jesus said to his disciples, "If anyone would come after me, he must deny himself and take up his cross and follow me. 25For whoever wants to save his life[a] will lose it, but whoever loses his life for me will find it. 26What good will it be for a man if he gains the whole world, yet forfeits his soul? Or what can a man give in exchange for his soul? 27For the Son of Man is going to come in his Father's glory with his angels, and then he will reward each person according to what he has done. 28I tell you the truth, some who are standing here will not taste death before they see the Son of Man coming in his kingdom.

And in the prophetic book of Isaiah 53:

5 But he was pierced for our transgressions,
he was crushed for our iniquities;
the punishment that brought us peace was upon him,
and by his wounds we are healed.

6 We all, like sheep, have gone astray,
each of us has turned to his own way;
and the LORD has laid on him
the iniquity of us all.

7 He was oppressed and afflicted,
yet he did not open his mouth;
he was led like a lamb to the slaughter,
and as a sheep before her shearers is silent,
so he did not open his mouth.

8 By oppression [a] and judgment he was taken away.
And who can speak of his descendants?
For he was cut off from the land of the living;
for the transgression of my people he was stricken. [b]

9 He was assigned a grave with the wicked,
and with the rich in his death,
though he had done no violence,
nor was any deceit in his mouth.

10 Yet it was the LORD's will to crush him and cause him to suffer,
and though the LORD makes [c] his life a guilt offering,
he will see his offspring and prolong his days,
and the will of the LORD will prosper in his hand.

This clearly prophesies Jesus coming and his sacrifice. I hope this answers your questions.

God Bless
