Tumors of the brain can have a wide variety of symptoms based on where they are located and how large, etc. I will tell you that vomiting blood is not a symptom of a brain tumor. You likely have some sort of gastrointestinal issue that you should see your doctor about.

those are bad symptoms and whatever is causing that to happen you must go to your doctor or find a doctor.i had all those symptoms except the blood and mine turned out to be severe migraine headaches,,,,,please go to a docter today if possible'don't wait......

all of those and none of those. my dad lived a normal life up till one night when he had a fit in bed and my mum phoned the docs and he came out and rushed him to hospital in a few hours they were removing a tumour which had wrapped itself around my dads optic nerve. they reckon if they hadnt operated in such a short period of time my dad would have been dead within 12 hours.
if your worried get your self checked out, better to be safe than sorry

It could be anything...not necessarily cancer. Some people with brain cancer have no symptoms, some go blind, some lose their sense of smell or their memory...your symptoms are so wide ranging you should ask your doctor for a CAT scan.
