It means you tampered with it or used someones elses urine to pass a drug test! Have you been smoking crack?

Ok if the urine has been out of your body for a certain amount of time it isn't the right temp. Thats why when you use other peoples urine for a drug test, you should microwave it, I know thats nasty but you need the temp high like it came out of your body.

If the urine was to cool they would have had to get a fresh specimen. If you can't take a specimen in right away and test it right away it needs to be refrigerated in order to be able to use that spec. Your sample was apparently fresh aka warm enough.

It is a way to determine if it has recently come out of the body, or if it has been smuggled in to be a substitute for dirty urine
