Great question, I will be following the answers to this one.
As an "official" agnostic, our stance is that we just don't know for sure. The war might be justified, or might not, it is a matter of personal belief. Some will listen to what their parents tell them. Others will take a more scientific approach and try to weigh whether the ends justify the means.

My church doesn't have an official stance. It should, considering the fact that all but two of the people who attend the church are military, or military family members. But it doesn't. We simply pray for our country, and for our leaders, and for our soldiers who are currently deployed, as well as their families.
I attend a Baptist church in Baumholder, Germany.

it appears that most churches in my area support the troops, and yet believe that there should be a gradual withdrawal from iraq. my personal view is: if we want to follow Christ and the apostles-we cannot fight in any war. because, as a christian-we must be in the world- yet no part of the world.

My church & myself & America has not forgotten 9/11 & God has not forgotten it either.Shouldn't you be asking the Muslums what is their view on 9/11 Because when they flew those planes into the twin towers, they just woke up a sleeping Giant.

I would hope that most religious groups would be smart enough not to take a stance on foreign policy unless it directly affects them.
Naturally I will be proven wrong and shown that many groups are not that smart

The evangelists(Graham & son) have taken vows to decimate all Muslims, from Iraq and elsewhere; and to 'grant' them the status of Red Indians, confined to their reserves !

Our "official stance" is to pray for our leaders, our country, and our soldiers.
