we have a top quality mattress - i am sleeping better than before but i think it is a 'pillow issue' now -- what is the best way to sleep with pillows?

position is not as important as doing it on the best quality mattress you can afford for maximum support.

ive been having that problem too. i wake up with my neck and spine painful. i think the best way would be to sleep flat on your back with a head support (pillow) and probably lift your legs up a bit (another pillow under your knees) so that your back can have be flat on the surface of the bed.

On your back with your neck supported and pillow under your knees takes pressure off your lower back.

But you may want to have a Chiro. check you out.. I had headaches for a long time..I had everything checked..teeth, jaw, eyes, sinuses..even a Cat Scan. Still no answer or relieve. Someone suggested a Chiro..GOOD THING..my 2nd veribrate near my head was tilted this was causing my headaches. I have no idea how this happened..but glad the Chiro found it..
