i am reallyy very very worried about that coz...whenever i take some food..whether it is healthy,light,fulla nutritions,fatty,does'nt matter.i fell that,,they all give me gas,,specially nowadays.after eating anytype of food,,i just feel that i cant breath anymo0o0re!!! :(( ...n theres some blocking of my breath coz of gas..
i consulted wid a doctor,,he was like that do walk daily..n i did&still doing.but..still fo0d give me gas..don advice me to stop taking fo0d!!!! lolZzZzZ :P
well..help sir help!!!

There are three common causes of bloating and gas: (1) irritable bowel syndrome; (2) intestinal parasites; and (3) fermentation in the colon. You need to see a gastroenterologist to determine which of these is causing the problem.

Parasites such as Giardia sometimes causes bloating and gas. Parasites can be ruled out as a cause by taking a broad antibiotic like Cipro for about 10 days.

Fermentation occurs from incomplete digestion of carbohydrates in the small intestine. Fermentation should substantially decrease or stop within a couple of days if you entirely eliminate sugar and grains from your diet for a short period. Foods with Acidophilus (such as yogurt) sometimes help kill off microbes causing fermentation. Zinc gluconate tablets may also help reduce fermentation.

Seriously, of course you don't have to give up on eating... plenty of people get bloated no matter what they eat, just try something like Beano that blocks the gas-making elements of foods and enjoy everything you eat! :)

Lol Just eat foods that dont contain fatty acids or give you gas and maintain your diet :)

Try eliminating certain foods.You maybe allergic to milk or wheat products.
