go to www.pga.com improve your game section look under set up. You want the center of the club touching the ground. Better look at a picture

I've seen a product that they sell on the Golf Channel, it's called the stance minder. It finds your correct setup and distance from the ball. I haven't tried one tho.

It all depends on how tall you are. Go to your golf course and talk to the pro and he will stand you the right distance away. Good luck. The club head should lay flat and your arms should drop straight down and thats where the grip is. Good luck.

yep with shorter irons/wedges the ball comes a little closer to you, with mid irons a little farther all the way up to the driver. you should find a pro/teacher and get a few lessons and experiment to see what works.
