If he knows he can cause trouble and get away with it HE WILL!
He is obviously NOT over you! First problem is you chose someone he knows.. if that person is not willing to tell him to butt out too.. then you will get nowhere.. the two of you have to band together to take away your exes ability to get between you.. if you are not BOTH resisting his efforts you are doomed..

well the first person you'll need to come to an agreement and understanding with is your current boyfriend, definately first and foremost him, he actually has no business despite his immature desires to find things out about you or whatever needs to realize this guys no matter what is not his friend and should be looked at like an enemy of the life or dealth kind, seriously. He needs to make a promis to you and your guys's relationship that he will not hold a relationship with your ex, its wrong for so many reasons and should be mature enough to see why, I mean come on tell him to think of what he would be doing or what his purpose would be if he was the ex I mean come theres only a couple conclutions you can come to and there on the same topic when it comes to your ex's intentions again come on please, good luck Kim

Well, do you still want a friendship with him or no. If not, just tell him point blank to f*** off and leave you alone. And if you wanted to make sure he would, so it publically. Nothing breaks someone and gets your point accross like public humiliation.
But if you still value his friendship, cal him up and explain your situation.Tell him you would like some privacy, and for him to mind his own stuff. Tell him you value your friendship, and that if he does, he will stop. And if that doesn't work, well then...
Public Humiliation time baby!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

unless your new person is related or best friends with your ex just be literal with your ex: just tell him to go f himself and that you two arent together for whatever reason you have and that he shouldn't interrupt your life with your new person. it's not his life to rule over its YOURS!

Like you just did. Remind him that he is your ex for a reason and if you need his advice, you'll ask for it.
