I've always wondered about this question, but since I've been hitting some homeruns I understand.
usually he will want to spend all his time with you
he will always flirt with you
he will tell his friends about you
anytime your around he's staring at you
he tries to make an effort to talk to you
he will try to impress you, also show off
tease you playfully
All of his attention will be on you
etc...lol

Since we know absolutely nothing about the guy, how are we suppose to answer this question? I'd have to say NO, because you're to vague...even with us.
