Stuffed mushrooms..........
Chopped gammon bacon,
2 hard boiled eggs,
grated cheddar.
8 large mushrooms
tablespoon of mayonnaise
Remove stalks from mushrooms. Fry the mushrooms for a few minutes on each side in a small amount of olive oil.
Remove from pan and place in an oven dish.
Boil 2 large eggs for 6 minutes leave aside to cool.
Chop the mushroom stalks into small chunks and fry with the gammon until soft and moist. Shell the eggs and chop finely, add to the gammon and stalk mix. Stir in the mayonnaise and fill each mushroom with the mixture. Grate the cheese and sprinkle a generous amount onto each mushroom and bake in a hot oven for 10-12 min's.
Serve with crisp salad and hunks of buttered bread.
We love this, I hope you will too!.

We continually positioned some cloves of garlic into the water with the spuds, and boil them at the same time. once you mash the spuds and the garlic at the same time, with for sure butter and milk (or cream) and salt and freshly floor pepper to style, it truly is outstanding! Snipped clean chives is effective mashed in too. And the different element himself does is positioned a large lump of butter on properly to make a outstanding cascading lagoon on properly. Yum! for sure, i'd continually it is going with out announcing that it must be BUTTER no longer some thing else!!!
