How to prevent my dog from pooping everywhere in my house?

I have a 3 month old puppy, and she always poops everywhere in the house,and it starts making me annoying.........so Can someone tell me some tips on how to train her to poop outside of the house?

you can reward her when she does it where you want her to with lots of praise and treats. other than that you can buy special paper things that have some smell that encourages puppies to poop on them x
