it reallyy irritates meee :((:((:( !!!what type of foodd shud i take..so that i may have not constipation!!!????help help!!!

Easy problem to solve...make fiber your friend. Fiber is in many raw vegetables and fruits and most whole grain. Fiber is the part of the food you body cannot digest, so it moves through the system and actually take other bad things with it. It makes for a very easy, smooth experience on the toilet.Especially when combined with drinking plenty of water. Look at some breakfast cereals. There are several brands that offer a high fiber dosage. Apples, celery, lettuce, etc...are all excellent natural sources. You can even buy fiber supplements that are natural, not chemical stimulants. Get 15 to 30 grams of fiber a day and you should never, ever have a problem with constipation again.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

A bowel movement is taking a dump in lighter terms. One stay away from potassium such as banana's. Two drink plenty of fluids clear fluids. If this still don't work take a over the counter laxative.

A bowel movement or BM simply means defecating. To avoid constipation, increase your consumption of water and fibrous foods. Limit your intake of cheese and other foods known to cause constipation.

Get yourself some fiber. Try raisins, red grapes, whole wheat bread, Total cereal, Raisin Bran. It'll get you going.

You should definetly eat lots of fiber! Trust me it works...whole grains, fruits..you'll notice it will be a lot easier for you. =)

fiber fiber fiber!!!! or take a bowel softer once a day it will not hurt.
