if they cant find anything through my doctors will they be able to find anything and if so how?

a very thorough phyical they have you do something and what not just dont have it stand out and they wont look for it probally because they have to many others to worry about that they can see problems if you dont get hurt in basics then you will be good off

the last page of the SF86 that you sign is a medical release.

If they don't find anything wrong with you and you did not disclose an injury or an illness and it comes up futher down the line in your military career, they will attempt to search you civilians records if they believe they have just cause.

As far as MEPS, it's basically a sports physical...

You're going to get a complete and comprehensive physical in the first few days of basic training no matter what service you join. It's much more detailed than the MEPS physical.

Well, after meps, you are in the military and if you do not complain, then they will not look. If you complain of a problem, then they will do their best to determine if it happened prior to military service. Regardless, they will fix it. If there are any residual problems, they will compensate at discharge.
