Even with AntiVirus, Antispy, your computer isnt in any similance of good operating condition. That is because after repeated usage it Registry, C files and Hard disc space are loaded with unused data that ties up space and alters operation.

Sure get a good antivirus like the AVG free version plus anti spyware like Spybot free version which are updated constantly. and use those.

In addition Use a Tune-Up Utilities such as that from Tune-Up. They offer a free 30 day trial www.tune-up.com. Download to desktop, then burn onto disc for future use. A computer in good condition means fast ,efficient & bug free. Though fastness & efficiency are largely dependent on hardware, they can be improved using software tools.
