I have a huge vericose vein running down the back of my leg and it hurts alot. I have a habit of sitting with my legs under me and I am significantly over weight.

Any type of pressure on your legs can cuase and effect vericose veins. You should try to sit with your legs somewhat elevated. Even at work if possible you can put a little stool under your desk. Do not sit cross legged. No crossing feet. If you are female (cuz most men would never), you can buy special support hose. They help support the veins in your legs.

Losing wieght can help the pain. But once you have a vericose vein then it wont go away. You should get checked by your doc as soon as possible to make sure there arent any blood clots in it. That is called Phlebitis. It is very painful and very dangerous.

Goodluck dear!

Yes, no doubt about it. You need to ideally sit with you legs raised maybe on a stool or stretch them out on a sofa. Don't cross your legs either.

positioned on flight socks. If it maintains to worsen over the years, it will be a severe subject to be dealt with once you're previous. consequently, it would be ultimate to have it dealt with now.
