It is called on the rebound. People do it all the time, just to heal their heart or to feel better about themselves. Try just going out for fun, don't try to make it a relationship, that never works. Think of a fun place to go though, like bowling or rollerblading. Just to relax and keep it fun and to avoid becoming serious, you or the other would wind up getting hurt otherwise.

Yes it is wrong because you need to get over the girl and just be single for a couple of weeks then you can start dating in the new world becuse if you start going out with one girl righgt after you broke up with your ex then your ex will think that your trying to make her jealous and then shell get really ******* pissed at you and she might hate you for the rest of your life and you dont want that so there for wait for a little while then start dating again and keep being friends with your ex girlfriend.

It's not wrong to date and enjoy yourself. It's only a bad thing if you are using the person you're dating, being dishonest with them about what you want out of the dating scenario, etc.
Casual dating is fine. Using someone to get over someone else and then dumping them, not so fine. Just be honest and take the time it takes to get your heart free, before promising it to someone else.

In my belief it is wrong if you are giving that person false hope. Ycan let them know you are looking for a friend to hang with and go out with to help you pass the time and then it would be ok.

If you dont have real feelings for them, no it is not right. However it is someone you could see yourself dating and being with and have true feelings for, go ahed.

As long as you do not lie to your new date, it is ok.
