You need to
1) Set standards!
As in you will not accept a girl anywhere below certain standards. For example, I would not accept a girl that did not fit what I wanted in the beauty and personality and spiritual categories.
2) Be selective!
Start thinking that girls want you and hang around as a great guy with all of them. Before long a few may start paying attention if you tease them personally or stand around them a lot. Be picky as to which one you select!
3) Understand you!
Do you know who you are? When you do, be that person. Do not let anyone tell you what to do. Just be who you are meant to be. This is called being a man! When you are a man, no girl or guy can say do this. You will do whatever you want to do. This kind of personality is very SEXY to girls!!

I am 100% behind you on this one, stop caring and life becomes so much better...trust me I just recently did this...and yes you'll find the right girl much faster. Listen to some coldplay, it'll help. You must be in a complete state of relaxation and just chill out and forget all the troubles of the past and future and just do whatever you want...

It wont only help you find the right girl but get you some other ones to notice you. Its really nice to see someone show who they really are. Being confident is one of the things that gets attention. Who cares what they think? Its your life and you lead it.

u only stop caring when u belive in yo self,have the confindence & be proud of who u are,understanding who u are & what u are worth does it for all,gud luck
