also revs sittin high and when light comes on unable to start care for 10-60 min

the light is the engine management light telling you have a malfunction in the engine refer to garage to have the codes read

That's the light that tells you something is wrong with the spark plugs, as far as I know. You should go to the car service and have them replaced. As a rule, spark plugs for Renault cars should be replaced every 30.000 km. Don't skip this even if they work fine after that amount of kilometers.

nothing to do with spark plugs! its the immobiliser warning light thats why car wont start when it comes on. best idea is to contact sparky to rip out immobiliser. common fault on laguna.

Not too much you can do. Renaults are like that. On the other hand, they will run just fine on three cylinders.

Wet plugs which means chambers are flooded so take the plugs out and dry them, or buy a new car.
