Well, it depends on your moral compass.
For instance, if you are a woman of high morals, you can smile at him, say "hi" to him, or maybe even give him a note.
However, if you're a woman of questionable morals, you could greet him in short skirts and belly shirts, maybe flash him or tell him you'd like to jump his bones. If THAT won't get you a boy's attention, nothing will!
Again, it depends on your moral compass, how your parents raised you and what you are comfortable with doing. Hope this helps!

Make sure you look amazing and accidentally bump into him. Then drop something and make sure you bend over in front of him to pick it up. Then when he is showing you interrest, ignore him and act like you are oblivious to him. Give him a chase and he'll dig you as long as he's attracted to you. If he isn't attracted to you and shows no interrest when you do this try impressing him with your mind and personality. Strike up a conversation. If the two of you have nothing in common then move on and find someone more worthy.

Simply by giving him the least attention! Make him wonder why you don't care about him at all. You'll see, he will start thinking about it and feel challenged. And then slowly he'll become your friend and then ask you someday why you don't care about him. By then you will already have achieved his attention so you'll tell him, "Come on, it's because you were not paying any heed to me!"
NOTE: you have to be patient... it may take weeks or months or years!
