This means not taking any foreign substance this includes a vitamin! Naturally I am refereeing to be hitting mass iron, losing weight (50+ pounds) and gaining muscle mass. I am talking about no special diet or foods. Really as people say “staving yourself,” is what I do, but of course there is much more to program.

um.. to gain muscle, you have to eat... a lot. focus on food that is low on fat and carbs, but high in protein. Work out a fitness program that pushes your limits (look through websites), or if you have the money, hire a trainer. do cardo exercises and then a workout of a specific muscle group and eat within 30mins after your workout. sleep more than usual for your body to repair itself. a gym ball is also great for times when you're watching tv, buy one. It's no easy task, i spend 1.5 - 2 hrs at the gym, 4 days a week.

Have you ever heard of Tom Venuto? He's a five-time world champion bodybuilder who has found a way to lose weight, get in shape, STAY in shape, and even get his own personal body fat low enough for competition without the use of vitamins, fat burners, supplements, etc. All he does is eat stuff that you can find in any supermarket, but it's how he structures his meals and how often he eats that makes it possible. Check out his website at http://www.burnthefat.com/

P.S.: You CANNOT gain muscle on a starvation diet. If you starve yourself your body metabolizes the tissue that requires the most energy to maintain -- MUSCLE.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.
