Yes it is a long distance call.
If you buy a phone card at a local conviences store for about 10.00 you can use it for a long time. The minutes on them are great. You can talk for hours.

Absolutely not - it's like 10 minutes on the QEW highway. I have family and friends that live in both spots and it's very close by using the QEW - or using Hwy 20 if you want a scenic route.... more wineries there
