Nope, I've never seen a judge give a deduction for a getting rid of a wedgie or even having one at that. The judges are usually pretty destracted watching the elements of the program so they may not notice something like that. Also if a female figure skater were to get deducted for that a male skater would probably too.

RE:
Do female figure skaters get deductions for picking out wedgies during competitions?
Like what you would see in gymnastics or swimming.

The term deduction in figure skating is defined as a mandatory removal of points by all judges and in that respect there is no deduction. On the other hand, there are presentation and style marks that judges give and those can be effected by a skaters costume, distractions, loss of character, etc. There is the possibility that individual judges will deduct for crude movements or a costume being distracting.
Hope that answers your question.

It's an unwritten rule, both in gymnastics and in figure skating. If you get a wedgie, that's too bad. It stays until you're in the locker room.
I've never seen anyone actually adjust their wedgie in public.
There are things that skaters do to prevent wedgies, just like in gymnastics. But sometimes it just happens, and you're stuck until you go backstage.

When I was competing I was usually too involved in my program to really care if I had a wedgie and didn't really notice until I was done. At that point it was easy to wait until I was safely off the ice the alleviate my discomfort.

Of course not. They just leave it until their programs over. They're too focused on their programs to stop and do that.

No, they would not want to get deductions just for that.

I'd imagine so. Unless they do it in time to the music.
