The song you are quoting is really a lot like Clementine- there's not a lot of sense in it.
In a cavern, in a canyon,
Excavating for a mine
Herring boxes, without topses,
Sandals were for Clementine.
Hit her foot against a splinter,
Fell into the foaming brine
c. 1880 about a Miner 49'er
Translation : The gold rush: We know there is gold, we pray it's not all gone, so we gamble it all. You will notice the song has de-coherence, it is mythic, blind to reality, the daughter of the miner has no shoes for her feet, causing her to die. The miner doesn't care, forgets about her. Dreadful sorry...
This song is Home on the Range, second verse. It has coherence, it is about the beauty of the land around this person.
Oh, give me a land where the bright diamond sand
Flows leisurely down to the stream;
Where the graceful white swan goes gliding along
Like a maid in a heavenly dream.
Home, home on the range,
Where the deer and the antelope play;
Where seldom is heard a discouraging word,
And the skies are not cloudy all day.
The beauty of what God put around us, is the pattern of the beauty that He made everywhere, and perfectly in Heaven. People who do not see the beauty right in front of their eyes miss the truth about Heaven. The devil can blind people and get them to see at obtuse angles, forever not seeing sense and not sensing the presence of God all day long,who like that stream take us leisurely to His Heart, where we find our rest.
Good people take comfort from God, but they aren't blind to the needs of others, they take care of others. He teaches that the real Gold is Love.
Here is a song about Baptism:
Wonder of Wonders, by Wren and Haas
Wonder of Wonders, Life is beginning, fragile as blossom, strong as the earth. Shaped in a person , love has new meaning, parents and people, sing at their birth. Now with rejoicing, make celebration, joy full of promise, laughter through tears. Naming and blessing, bring dedication, humble in purpose over the years. Lord of Creation, dying and living, Father and Mother, Partner and friend. Lover of children, Lift all our loving, into your kingdom. World without End. Amen

Eccl 7:5 It is better to hear the rebuke of the wise than for a man to hear the song of fools.

I hate to say it, but I feel it is a jab at Atheists. A lot of Christians believe we deny a God, but feel that we secretly know one exists.
So therefore, this statement might mean that you believe that we are saying we know there is no heaven, but at the same time you believe that we are praying that there is no hell.
If this is incorrect I apologize.

Recovering theists are able to use logic to arrive at the conclusion that there is no god, that religion is nonsense, etc.
But many of us (myself included) were raised to fear hell, demons, etc.
Those scars take quite a while to heal - many of us still bear the ligature marks.

It is nonsense. I am equally sure there is no hell. It is just a faerie tale.

This suggests to me that someone with no real faith in God is hedging their bets under the umbrella of superstition.
