Which parts are you talking about? The whole thing? Good luck!

Oh come on, I am one of the hardest-core atheists around these parts and even I will acknowledge that there are some portions of the Bible that have been archeologically validated.

David and Solomon were kings of Israel.
There was a First & Second Temple.

These are just two of the historic details that have been archeologically substantiated. As for the parts that talk about a deity, those are questionable, but some of the history is sound. In fact, some secular archeologists use the Tanakh as one of their source documents for finding things.

This is, however, no different than Clancy writing a techno-war thriller and incorporating events from the Iraq war... the presence of the true events do not validate or make true the fictional component. But if someone five hundred years from now had reason to suspect that the iraq wars of the early 1990's and early 2000's happened, and stumbled on a Clancy novel that included details of the Iraq war, it'd be a decent starting point.

There are several accuracies in the bible.

Blood is essential to life Lev. 17:11-14
Quarantine of certain diseases Lev. 13-15
Principles of avoiding bacterial contamination - one person to another. Lev. 15:19-33
Burning clothes, washing self after contact with deceased man or animal.Num. 19:5-22
Earth is round, day and night taking place simultaneously. Isa. 40:22 Prov. 8:27 Luke 17:34
Earth is not physically supported. Job 26:7
The continents have floated away from a singular original land mass. Gen. 1:9 Gen. 10:25

That's just a few of the accuracies. There are PARTS of the bible that are entirely correct and accurate. I used science as that's what you asked for and not history.. however, this does not make the bible itself entirely accurate, as there are plenty of scientific and historical inaccuracies as well.

There are plenty of archaeological evidences that many parts of the Bible are entirely correct. However, there are also many parts of the Bible which cannot be proven through science. That's the whole point. God gives us enough scientific evidence to suggest that it might be true but not enough to prove that it is true. The whole point of God's plan, and thus the Bible, is for us to develop faith. I believe that He intentionally withholds much of the evidence from us to force us into developing faith. We are told that it is through Faith in Christ that we are saved. No one can be saved without faith.

expensive Dr domicile, As a Christian to boot as a technological know-how fanatic, i'm afraid i ought to element out right here: some branches of technological know-how including: Biology, Astronomy, Chemistry & arithmetic, which do no longer contain "The Periodic table" nor innaccurate Radio Carbon dating, do help some Biblical memories yet your claims seem to be slightly formidable and uninformed. As for: "No e book has extra historic accuracy or prophecies. The bible is the main oftentimes used e book guy style has ever wide-unfold. countless atheists have tried to wreck each and every bible, to no avail. The bible is gods observe, and it's going to in no way circulate away". I say: Amen to that ! advantages !

You aren't very clear in your question. The bible is not a science book. One thing it is, a history book.
I learned in Anatomy class in college that our Vitamin K count is highest the 8th day of a boys life and the bible says to circumcise on the 8th day, I thought that was amazing.
The bible says the world was a circle.
The bible is also a book of prophecy, there are over 300 telling of Jesus that has come to pass.
The bible said Israel would loose their land and get it back years later, this happened. There are a lot of bible prophecy's that have come to pass.

How can science prove anything spiritual and divine? The object of its discovery is dust, how can it attain this spiritual purpose? That is why we must turn to religion, the divine philosophy. We don't exclude science from our learning, and it is hoped that the scientists should at least be aware of the fact that religious people are not dumb as they judge based on prejudice.

Sorry Jason but you really don`t leave a believer any room to convince you by your attitude that the Bible is not proof in itself.
No one ever has or ever will define God by science, as science is finite and subject to errors, this is why we use the term `faith` untill you have it you can only struggle and doubt and science will never really be able to help you overcome this inner doubt.

Which bible are you referring to?
Many religions use their own interpretation.
American standard
New World Translation
King James (Many versions)
Personally, I prefer the New World translation since it has undergone such stringent testing for accuracy. Years of checking against all challenges. Acclaimed world wide for accuracy among scholars.

I would not dare compare the studies of man to the teachings of God. Do you think for one minuet a man can prove God if God himself chose only to reveal himself to those he chooses? No man can overpower God and take anything from him? Either submit to God and allow him to show you the truth or continue to follow a lie it is your only choice.
