I noticed a guy has changed his whole attitude and voice to me, even when I was little aggressive, he just listening and smiling to me.
Keep asking am I all right? in the morning and evening
Telling me his plan for whole week.

well yes he is being considerate. kind. understanding. all the things that make for a great flatmate.
on the other hand he lives with you already, so he might want to make it more of a serious relationship.

some guys just get a little desparate around valentine's day, start feeling lonely, and going after whoever is closest to them..
or he's madly in love with you.

It sounds to me like a very good sign..........I would take it day by day and accept the change but, be careful down the road you might the real reason why the change................anyways, time will tell it it's sincere or NOT. Cuz you never know.
