both, at work I put on the "Christy Show" as my man calls it, and sometimes at home. I do this on purpose because it generally weeds out the people I really would not want to get closer to in the first place. Its more of a defense I have set up for myself, however wrong others may view it to be. But around those closest to me, Im just me. And for my kids I get to be the goofiest version of me, thats special too.

Yea
I truly believe that each of us is an actor playing his role in this world. Every day before going to work, school, meeting..etc we choose a mask to wear from among many, depending where are we going ,who we are going to meet.. We want people around us see us in a certain way (funny, smart, balanced....). Few are being true, expressing the real I, because I guess people are afraid to show who they really are.
"I am afraid to show you who am I, because I'm afraid that you may not like who I am , and who I am is the only thing I have"

Yeah, I try to be the same around everyone, but I have to admit that I have been an actor now and then. For example during a job interview.

I take God's Word to heart and try to act on it, or act for Him in every instance. I am not about myself. People have become so superficial that it is rare that a person even perceives the love they are loved with, so that it is better to store your treasure in Heaven where nothing will corrupt it and simply act on your Love for Him. His Love never fails us.

I'm totally straight up..take me as I am or leave me..of course that is if someone wants to take time to know me..I'm an honest person as much as possible..(sometimes evading to answer someone is not dishonesty, just guarding their feelings) and I've not been appreciated or much liked many times due to this. But that's suffering the consequences for what I believe is the best policy for me........

I have a lot of things that are better remaining hidden- no one knows who I really am except me.

I show them, and it hurts because so few respond in kind.
