Pay off my house, buy an old 1969 impala and have it fixed up, then have my truck(1969 C/10) fixed up, then buy a computer, then spend the rest.

I would buy a brand new stripped down Toyota Camry for about 20k, and with the other 25k i would buy stock in either toyota or honda

I recommend getting the Infiniti G35X.
It has everything a car needs, speed, style, and comfort.
I am on my second one and the sticker is $42, 000. You can get it for about $38,000 and take a nice vacation afterward with the remaining $7K.
