40 weeks pregnant, baby s head is very engaged, 2/5, and i have lost my mucus plug, any ideas on safely bringing on labour? i cant face having to be induced.

I went over due with both of mine. I was induced with the second. Walking, drinking tea, orgasm, and nipple stimulation is suppose to bring on labour, however nothing worked for me. Being induced isn't so bad. Yes contractions are harder and not as easy to control, but labour is generally quicker. Either way, you forgot the pain once you hold that baby!

There are alot of "old wives" tales.
Long walks, sex, spicy food... but bubs is only 2/5 so still a bit to go too.
Unfortunately its a waiting game sorry.

Orgasm...and walking are the 2 things I know for sure that help start labor....Good Luck!
