If you're a TRUE Christian it is! That is our purpose on this earth once we ar born of the Holy Spirit and received the knowledge of the truth. That is was Jesus preached in His Gospel, and that is what God expects of us to those who really love Him. We do not and will not "bury" our gift of salvation after we receive it so no one else can have it!. We, His saints are his children and are part of His "family". God the Father loves the world. He created us and wants everybody to receive His precious gift to mankind so they can be part of His family with Him in His coming Kingdom. A True Christian and servant of God would within reason, whenever and to whomever at an opportune time, spread the "good news" (the Gospel of Jesus Christ) about the coming Kingdom of God. Repent! Believe! The Kingdom of God is coming! That is our work on earth as true saints of God. This is a serious matter concerning human souls. "Faith without works (proof) is dead". You must show and prove your love to God that you're a faithful and true servant of His if you're to receive eternal life with Him. You must have enduring faith to the end! This is why a TRUE Christian must and will "show and tell" who they are and what they believe! We do it for the love for our Father!

Words may not be necessary to allow other to judge what you are. For a Christian it is not about proclaiming what we are. It is about proclaiming to the world the truth about God and His available mercy. For that words are necessary.
And He said to them, "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation. (Mark 16:15)
