Fish oil has more unsaturated fatty acids and these are good for the heart as they lessen the 'bad' cholestrol. Otherwise all oils are calorifically the same. No question of less fat. When fish oil is very well refined all flavours get lost and so you don't smell or taste anything.

Whoah, I have never heard of that in my life!! How awful to have all of your food smell & taste like fish!! But, I have heard cooking with EVOO, is the healthiest way to go!! Extra Virgin Olive Oil=EVOO!!! Its so very healthy for you! A bit pricy, but worth every penny, you spend! Thats all I use when cooking, unless a recipe calls for vegetable oil, then I use that... Otherwise it always EVOO.... Give it a try!! You wont regret it Its suppose to be thee best oil on Planet earth along with Peanut Oil, and the like. Otherwise I dont know about fish oil, hun? I would imagine with fish having Omega 5 in it, and alot of healthy vitamins it should be okay to use, and probably very healthy, for you! Here in America, we either use oils, such as, vegetable oil, crisco oil, and EVOO, extra virgin olive oil....I've never heard of many others, before!! But, if your hearing in your country that its suppose, to be healthy, than I say "Yes" go for it, and give it a try!! Smile!! And Good Luck to you, hun!!!

Yuck!
Try chewing on a fish oil capsule and you'll soon change your mind, no matter how healthy it might be!
Fish is healthy, but their oil stinks!
Kangaroo meat has the least amount of fat than ANY meat, why don't you try that?
Just use extra virgin olive oil instead.
