does anyone know a good, safe vitamin for my 3yr old son that will boost his appetite? he eats only about 3tsp of rice or noodles and thats it! we have no choice but to give him milk(pediasure) instead. He eats only if he feels like...which in most cases not. He's quite small for children of his age. Can somebody give me a good suggestion pls.

Keep giving him Pediasure and keep trying new foods. He will be fine. Some children dont eat a lot around that age. My nephew didnt and hes just fine now. (Hes 7)

Well they say that western vitamins do a lot of help. Unfortunately in the case of people who have really fast metabolism, it only boosts our immune system but not actually boost apetite. You can however opt to take Ling Zhi Chuang Yao Wan that are available in Ong Pin. The ones from the mall are overly expensive, so a trip to china town will save you a lot of money, just take the LRT2 going to recto (If you're in metro manila of course). I tried it and i went from 120lbs to 140lbs in under two weeks. Oh and it's safe for children too. But then again you might want to consult your pedia first...

What did his pediatrician say? My oldest son was similar. He's 32 now.. and fine.. Kids for the most part.. like to graze.. Feed him on his terms. Don't give him snacks during the day and that might boost his appetite
