I just wondered if anyone had done it and if they had been successful, also how does your bank treat you now?

I claimed for past 4 years of charges ( you can do up to 6 years) and sucessfully reclaimed £900 back. It is unlawful for them to be charging you and you should claim. This link will take you to Martin Lewis' website where you can download letter templates and get good advice on how to make your claim. I suggest you get onto it as soon as possible. I rang Natwest telephone bacnking about a charge that i was unhappy about, they said as a gesture of good will they would refund it. Next time i had the same problem i tried my luck and it didn't work, however i've done it again since and i've had another refund out of them!!

My fiance and his sister have both done it.
It took about 3months in all.
They were both successful, and still currently with there bank with no problems

back charges , don,t let them away with the charges , i did the same thing , and they treat me, the same as ever , with respect. if they want your business , and i can,t see a back turning away bussiness
