1. Is not an allergic reaction is a sensitivity problem
2. Use Sensodyne and desensitizing mouthwash like cariax.
3. Buy a desensitizing spray at the drug store that contains potassium nitrate, sodium methylparaben and sodium fluoride.
Good luck!!!

Brush your teeth with a maximum strength sensitive toothpaste like Sensodyne...if your teeth hurt too bad to brush them, put a little bit of the toothpaste on your finger and rub it over teeth. The sensitive toothpaste is specially made to "fill in" and lessen pain in those teeny tiny holes in teeth that are opened up by things like whitening, drinking extremely hot or cold liquids, etc...Hope this helps! By the way, I wouldn't whiten teeth again as you're obviously sensitive to it. I am also, so I know the pain!

Stay away from the professional teeth whitening procedures and from the whitening at home kits. They are using extremely toxic chemicals that can cause IRREVERSIBLE DAMAGE TO TOOTH ENAMEL and premature tooth decay.

Check out this site: http://www.naturalwhiteteeth.net - It's about how you can whiten your teeth 100% naturally. Same results but 100% safe and 1000 times cheaper.

The bleeching of your teeth also causes them to become sensitive. I went through this when I also used the strips and it warns you that there is a chance of teeth becoming sensitive. It should go away after a few days of not using the strips. I remember just breathing air made my teeth sting among other cold beverages and such. I hope this is just a temporary thing for you.

well, it's kinda taking out the calcium from your teeth. My mom tells me this a long with my dentist. Whiter teeth are weaker. If it's got a bit of a yellowish tinge(kinda gross and i sadly in a way have it) it's strong. And it doesn't have any pain when i bite... well unless i just got my braces tightened...

you're having allergic from the process of whitening your teeth. It may from the whitener that you used. You should wash your mouth with clean water and seek help from medicator asap to prevent risk.
