The problem is that there are way too many people. The solution is to get rid of about 5 billion of them. One billion is about the carrying capacity of the earth.
Nature had things under control when disease and plague would wipe out much of the population, but we got too smart and figured out how to override that.

The planet is perfectly safe. It is people who need saving. So many people on Yahoo! answers think planting trees is the solution to all our problems, and it just isn't! That is naive! If every person on Earth planted 1,000 trees, it would not help. We need to stop burning coal and oil. We need to keep the population from growing. We need to stop wars and help poor people. We need to understand that the Earth will always change and we need to adapt to those changes. Even with no people on it, the Earth would continue to change.

You don't have to do much.
• Turn off lights and appliances you're not using.
• Use bikes and public transport when possible.
• Buy 'green' products.
You could do more but even that would be enough to help, believe it or not. If everyone did just those three things the world would start to breathe easier.
Maybe if more people knew HOW EASY it was they wouldn't feel so hopeless about it and just close their minds to it.
Global warming or not, we waste too much anyway and should stop our gluttonous ways regardless.

we should not destroy animal habitat ,
start farming using small buckets in desert ,
use natural manure
use win power
use solar power
stop using fossil fuels
stop cutting down trees
