As height is determined by genes, there is nothing serious you can do to make yourself grow taller. Luckily you are still a young adolescent, being 14, so actually there is a chance! Look at how tall your family is, are they around the 6-foot mark? If so, you're well on the way!
But you asked if there was something specific you can do. Sorry to break it to you, but not really. All you can do is keep yourself well-nourished, so that you reach your full growth and don't miss out on a single inch!

If you want to know how tall you are going to be, check with your pediatrician- the one that has your records from all your "well baby" checkups. When you are little, they measure your height and weight and keep it on a growth chart, that can determine your final height when you are done growing. At least then you'll know for sure, since there isn't anything you can do about it:) When my son was 5 years old they told me he would be over 6 1/2 feet tall someday and I laughed- he is now 16 years old and already 6 foot 4 inches, so the chart is pretty accurate.

Other than eat healthy, there isn't much you can do about it.
Your ultimate height is determined mostly by genetics. Even if your parents are not especially tall, you might inherit that trait from further back in your family tree.
My son was about your height at your age, but grew to 6'1" at 16 and is now 6'3" at age 23. I'm only 5'8", and his mother is 5'5",
Most boys have their biggest growth spurt around 15 or 16.
Even if you don't grow any more, 5'8" is a very good height to be. Clothes, cars, shoes, bikes, everything is designed around someone about that size.

You don't indicate how old you are. Also, there are no exercises you can do to achieve greater height. To reach your potential, just eat right, exercise and live a healthy lifestyle. But remember that height is predetermined by your genes.
